From March 2001 until June 2005, in partnership with the Philadelphia-based Women’s Opportunity Resource Center (WORC), the ISC has implemented an Individual Development Accounts (IDA) Program to enable low-income individuals and families in maximizing their savings to meet their education, employment, or housing needs.
