As a Certified Application Counseling Marketplace designated by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the International Service Center (ISC) is offering guidance to consumers in navigating the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Recognized by the ISC as Marketplace Certified Application Counselors, Ms. Fibiya Japhet and Ms. Sailey Sey will assist consumers in understanding the ACA new programs, taking advantage of consumer protections, and navigating the health insurance system to find the most affordable coverage that meets the consumer’s needs.
