Since January 1983, officially affiliated with the United Way of the Capital Region, and with the support of the Carlisle Presbytery, the Dauphin County Human Service Development Fund, and the Central Pennsylvania Ecumenical Food Bank, the ISC has been providing Information and Referral, Counseling, Educational Support Services and Emergency Food assistance to needy clients in the Capital area.
