Citizenship Assistance Services

This ISC’s performance-based contract, overseen by Pennsylvania Industries for the Blind and Handicapped (PIBH) InspiriTec and administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare’s Refugee Resettlement Program with funds allocated by the Federal Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Providing citizenship assistance consisting of outreach, orientation, representation, and guidance in completing the naturalization application process as well as preparing for the citizenship examination.

Interpretation Services

Providing interpretation services to Limited-English-Proficient Refugees, Amerasians, Entrants, Asylees and Certified Victims of Human Trafficking in all employment-related and life-essential situations, as well as helping them access needed government-funded programs and benefits.

Eligibility: All time-eligible and time-expired refugees, entrants, asylees, Amerasians and certified victims of human trafficking.
